TASO SOCCER – TARRANT COUNTY FITNESS TESTS

The Tarrant Chapter be hosting two fitness tests next Sunday, January 28th for referees who wish to qualify for Regional and State playoff games, and we are extending an invitation to your chapter to participate. We will have a TASO representative present. All tests will start on time, no excuses for late arrivals.

Date for both are January 28th 2024
Keller Athletic Complex – 601 Pate Orr, Keller 76248 Test Starts at 11:00am SHARP

LD Bell HS – 1601 Brown Trail, Hurst 76054 Test Starts at 2:30pm SHARP

Requirements are:
200 meter sprint – 40 seconds or less
40 meter sprint – 9 seconds or less
12 minute run – 2000 meters or more (5 laps minimum)
