CONRAD TURNER
Conrad was a long time secretary of the TASO Football Permian Basin Chapter before his transfer to Houston Chapter in the 80s He helped many officials in the West Texas area get started in their football careers.
Conrad transferred back to the Permian Basin Chapter in the late 90s and assisted the chapter as an advisor to the secretaries and other chapter leaders.
Conrad was an Icon in Permian Basin football and will be missed by the officiating community and beyond.
