STEVEN BOUCHER
Steve was a member of the Texas Association of Sports Officials for 26 years. He officiated volleyball for the Golden Triangle chapter of Volleyball Officials serving Jr. High and High Schools in the area. He was also a member of the Golden Triangle Chapter Board of Directors for 2 years. Steve was awarded the USA Volleyball Meritorious Service Award in 2005. This award was for active participation, leadership, and significant contributions to the sport of volleyball.
