HALIL CAKMAKTAS

Halil Cakmaktas was a long time member of the TASO Soccer Golden Triangle chapter.  He was born and raised in Turkey, and exemplified the international “flavor” of the sport of soccer.  He was quite colorful in his approach to officiating.
