JOE HERRERA
For many in the TASO San Antonio Volleyball Chapter, Joe was more than a colleague. He was a steady presence, a trusted mentor, and a true friend.
Joe gave 27 years of dedicated service to TASO, and throughout his time with the San Antonio Chapter he touched countless lives with his commitment, character, and generous spirit. His contributions to our community will not be forgotten, and his absence will be deeply felt by all who knew him.
Joe was also a proud member of Greater San Antonio Basketball Chapter for over 20+ years, where he built lasting friendships and supported our organization’s mission every time he stepped out on the court. Joe dedicated his life to serving others through education and community involvement.
Joe’s legacy will continue through the many lives he touched as an educator, sports official, husband, father, and friend.
He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his family, friends, former students, colleagues, and all whose lives were enriched by his presence.
