Jessie Lee
Mr. James J. Lee 72, passed away in Houston, Texas on Friday,
February 28, 2014 from a heart attack. Born in Shreveport, Louisiana on
February 15, 1942 to Aaron and Ida Mae Lee. After serving his country in the
military, he worked for over 20 years as a steel forger at Texas Forge and then
Goodman Manufacturing.
He was a long time member of Houston Football
Chapter of the Texas Association of Sports Officials. He was an active church
member, exceptional father and grandfather, best friend to his beloved pet GG
and fun loving friend to many.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Fay
Lee; a son, Andrew J. Lee (Ceylon); a daughter, Chrystel Paulette Daniel
(Michael); two brothers, Lendel Lee and Naimon Lee; 4 grandchildren and a host
of relatives and friends.
We will Celebrate a life well lived on Saturday,
March 8, 2014 at Sunshine Missionary Baptist Church, 7946 Attwater, Houston,
Texas 77028. Visitation from 9:00am – 10:45am. Homegoing Service will commence
at 11:00am. Pastor Jimmy McCollister, Officiating. Interment: Paradise North. –
