The Annual Meetings of the Baseball and Softball Divisions will be this weekend, January 6‑7, 2017.  If you did not pre‑register on‑line, you still can attend.  On‑site registration for both meetings will be available, the on‑site registration fee is $40.

FAQs for both Annual Meetings

  • Friday on‑site registration will be open at the Sheraton Arlington from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM


  • Saturday on‑site registration will be open at the Arlington Convention Center from 7:30 AM – Noon


  • Parking at the Arlington Convention will cost $5


  • If you pre‑registered and now find that you cannot attend, you may request a refund by Thursday.  No refunds will be given after Thursday


  • TASO Authorized Vendors will be open from 12:00 noon – 5:00 PM on Friday and will open at 8:00 on Saturday


  • The vendors will be in the Arlington Convention on both days.  On Friday, enter the ACC from the hotel side


  • The Chapter Presidents and Secretaries Workshop will be 5:00 – 6:30 PM on Friday at the hotel


  • The Softball Board of Directors will meet at 1:00 PM and the Baseball Board of Directors will meet at 7:00 PM.  Both meetings will be on Friday and in the hotel. As always, all TASO Members are welcome at Board meetings


  • All Saturday meetings will be in the Arlington Convention Center


  • The Baseball meeting will start at 8:30 AM on Saturday


  • The Softball meeting will start at 9:00 AM on Saturday


  • If you are both a Baseball and Softball member, you can only receive credit for one of the meetings

FAQs for the Optional Baseball Clinic, Mechanics for Plays at the Plate and First Base

  • If you did not pre‑register for the clinic, you can do so on site.  There are slots available for all three sessions


  • The clinic will be conducted at the Yacht Club which is next to the hotel pool


  • The clinic fee is $35, cash only


  • No equipment is necessary, just dress comfortably
