Coy Gober
Mr. Coy Gober. Coy experienced a sudden illness in April and passed away on May 11, 2020. Coy was a beloved member of the TASO Football San Angelo chapter who was a dedicated leader and official to our members, schools, and student athletes. We will always remember his warm personality, kind ways, and great integrity. Coy was a TASO football official in the San Angelo chapter. Coy served as our president from 2014‑2017 and was currently the past president. He was on the crew of the 2016 3A‑Division 1 State Championship game and the 2019 TAPPS‑Division 3 State Championship game.
Viewing will be held at Harper Funeral Home on Wednesday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and on Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Coy’s graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2020, at 2:30 pm at Johnson’s Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens.
